Yeah, that old feeling again. If Two Moore Books, LLC, had a third partner, “Disappointment” would probably be their name. Perhaps our expectations are too high, but it was a rough week between Book Release Day and making the tough decision about taking our cross-country trip.
We are not alone, of course, so we used our feelings and coffee to fuel our discussion about this week’s events (good and bad) and to gain perspective. In the big scheme of things, we’re doing okay. Really.
I finally redid the 99 cent book page so it’s much easier to navigate. Check out our seven e-books to get a taste of what we do.
We gave you an update on our manuscripts (below), but we didn’t tell you how you can meet us:
– I’m at Comma Coffee two or three times a week. Stop by and say hi.
– April 4: We’re setting up a booth at the Carson City Easter Egg Hunt.
– April 11: We’ll be at the Nevada State Museum’s Spring Into Adventure event.
– May 25: I’ll be doing an author talk at the Churchill County Library.
– June 6: We’re setting up a booth at the Sierra Arts Foundation Bookfest.
– August 25: CC will be doing an author talk at the Churchill County Library.
Manuscript Status:
– The sequel to #passionrestored is at our editors. Release in late May or early June.
– CC is digging into Battle Born Bride. She talks about fast-drafting it.
– The editing on the sequel to Finding Salvation is almost done. Hi, Teri!
– The fourth “Sheriff in Nevada” book is adrift on rocks and shoals.
