Good day from the Worldwide Headquarters of the “CC&JT Amateur Hour” where “Production Values Go To Die.” Today’s podcast is the usual polyglot of subjects and happenings, notably about our outing to the Churchill County Library in Fallon, Nevada. Thank you to Magdalena and her great team for inviting us. We answered questions about our books, and I read chapter one of “A Sheriff of Nevada,” and we had a great time!

Speaking of “chapter one”: In this podcast, I read chapter one from the draft of my latest SciFi novel that has neither a name or a cover, but those small details did not deter me. I believe in this book and will be marketing it to traditional publishers after creative editor Teri and the Betas are done tearing it apart.
I answered CC’s important question: what about this book had me feverishly finishing the first draft of 111K words in less than sixty days? The answer may surprise you, especially if you’re a woman.

– August 25: CC will be doing an author talk at the Churchill County Library.

Manuscript Status:
– The sequel to #passionrestored is almost read for preorder. Release in June.
– CC is also digging into Battle Born Bride. She talks about fast-drafting it.
– The sequel to Finding Salvation is with me. Release date to be determined.
